EVYD Launches Peduli Project with Serasa Beach Cleanup
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, 26 June 2026 – EVYD Technology launched Peduli Project, its corporate social responsibility programme, with a beach cleanup at Serasa Beach. Working with Green Brunei, 38 EVYDians collected 31 bags of waste from the shoreline — more than 114 kilograms.

What is Peduli Project?
Peduli Project is EVYD Technology’s CSR programme. “Peduli” means “to care” in Malay. The programme is intended to run as a series of community activities over time, giving the company’s responsibility to its community a concrete, recurring form. The Serasa Beach cleanup was its first activity.
The inaugural beach cleanup at Serasa Beach
The first Peduli activity was a beach cleanup on the morning of 26 June 2026. In a single morning, 38 EVYDians cleared 31 bags of waste from the shoreline — more than 114 kilograms in total.
EVYD ran the cleanup in partnership with [EXTERNAL LINK: Green Brunei, the local environmental organisation], who joined the team on the ground. Their experience shaped how the morning was organised, from sorting to safe collection.
The day was put together by a committee of EVYDians, who chose the cause and planned the activity. After the cleanup, the team stayed for games and a scavenger hunt — time spent together away from their screens.
What comes next for Peduli Project
Peduli Project will continue as an ongoing programme, with further activities to follow.
